The first chair that I ordered did not suit my back. I asked Wellworking to collect it, which they did promptly and without any quibble. Also, they did not charge for delivery or collection and I was refunded promptly. This is exemplary service. I have ordered a different office chair from them, which I hope will suit my back better.
