Service absolutely exceptional. Particularly so considering the distance from their nearest depot. First chair ordered not quite what was needed. Replacement ordered chair delivery and collection of initial order were coordinated concurrently on same day. Delivery drivers on both occasions were polite and helpful. If only all organisations could emulate this standard of service!
