Good afternoon.
As of today I have not received the watch. I paid extra to have it sent by UPS. Then I received an email saying that it would be delivered on the 1st ( you can see in the first attachment ) and so far ( file 2 ). I called them to see what was going on and they said they would send me an email which I have not received.
I request a refund of the money I paid for the watch, which I have not received and which was for a birthday that has already passed.
