Free click and collect at rothley advertised on website not available at checkout. Had to pay for c&c to notts then ring in. So cost £2 not expecting. Girl on phone super helpful super polite. Collection at rothley not good, barrier entry. Cannot see screen in bright daylight didn't realise you have to select the place you're going so wasted 5 mins. Finally through not obvious where to go. Got there in the end to front door then a sign to say go to side door!
