The shop and staff are excellent. However, the provision available for ordering online needs updating. The whole process of ordering, paying, waiting for confirmation, waiting for tracking information and delivery information was difficult, slow and definitely not user friendly. Thankfully my online order did arrive, just three weeks later than expected and without any paperwork for the shop staff. Phew!
