Pretty disgusted really. I placed an order in December to arrive for new year. I knew i was cutting it fine so i called them first, ordered only what was in stock and they said they could do it. They neglected to mention that the warehouse was closed down from 21st Dec to 2nd Jan, so no orders were ever going to be processed during that time. They were never going to arrive on time right from that call. All that stress for a few quid.
Ive ordered from somewhere else now, £9.90 express overnight delivery and they’ll still be late, what a mess.
