I have been buying from whittingtons for the past 20 odd years, going to a branch in Bristol excellent place
Then suddenly it closed down Christmas Eve 2024
So decided to buy my silk flowers on line
Very bad idea 👎 all flowers were plastic and horrible
So I returned them at a cost of £7.64 which has not been refunded to me , already paying for delivery a
Very expensive lesson, the flowers are for a 4” pot on my parents head stone , what a waste of money
But my £41.78 refund was refunded to me promptly
