Ordering online was fine. Pampas Grass lovely - box intact. Delivered on day stated by courier. Other 'silk flowers' needed a stronger box. One box was very damaged on delivery - with tape across it with 'Slapit' on it. What on earth is that!! Courier delivered the two boxes a day a late - not sure what the problem was with them.
Quality of products satisfactory. Did not have to return anything.
