-Jan 12 got tracking number and caps shipped. Didn’t receive all of my caps so I called back to check on where the other caps were because the tracking number I had, displayed product arrived. Never was given a second tracking number until I called back for it. Ok since they ship from other locations got it. But at least give the consumer the tracking number and notify them that there will be several tracking numbers. Called back and mentioned I still haven’t received my other 12 caps and was given another excuse of I will get the tracking number to you. Still didn’t get it so I called back and asked what was going on with my shipment and then was notified the system was down so I said okay cool whatever, system is down I will just call back. The next day called back and was told the system was down again for the 2nd day in a row. Now at this point I feel I’m getting the run around because every day it’s a new excuse. While on the phone she explained she would email or call me with my tracking number. Still haven’t received 23 Jan 2021. I called this morning and asked where my hats where and was told the lady wasn’t in and that they would relay my message to her. I also asked for another number to express my concern to about my 12 caps and was given 760-772-5544. I called that number and was told she would pass my message on after verifying my name, number, and email. I still haven’t received a call back. However, the lady did say I would receive a call back today. Will update once that happen. Although the quality of caps are really nice, this will be my last time purchasing with this business if this is the kind of customer service you get.
