I love the richardson 112 hat. It fits my business logo perfect and I am not a person who likes a soft crown. I am even more impressed with customer service. I thought I ordered a particular color and got something else. Customer service located my original order and informed me that what was sent was what was ordered. It was my mistake but the individual expressed understanding and I sent the ones sent to me back and re ordered the ones I thought I ordered. MY BAD
