We love this company! Our Boy scout troop ordered hats several years ago. When we ran out, the original order information was archived and not available. We could not find a company that could give us a reasonably priced hat with the quality and intricate embroidery that had been previously ordered. We hunted for months through old records to track down the original order. We found a phone number on an old credit card statement and a possible email it was ordered with. To our good fortune, it was Wholesale Hats and they had our original order and artwork! The process from initial contact to receiving the hats was efficient and easy.
