As a mam of 2 babies under 1.5years, this is a lifesaver. I have been skipping meals and struggling to eat healthily so this has been ideal to replace my breakfast or lunch. I was surprised at how nice it tastes just mixed with water and the fact it keeps me full for at least 3 /4 hours. Will be signing up for a subscription 👌
