Really flexible and plenty of room for movement.
The insole offers enough cushioning with out interfering with ability to feel the ground.
I will definitely buy more in different designs. The delivery was very quick and excellent communication as to when the parcel would arrive.
Also the tech team online were a great help in deciding on size.
