Charlie at eleos was very helpful! he contacted me the morning after my application was declined as the only reason it was declined was a website error. I was up and running with Eleos within an hour of him contacting me, he worked around my busy schedule with a lot of paistenece and didn't rush me at all!
I am very grateful for his work without him reaching out I could be missing out on a lot of money!
