Withings Scan watch is a remarkable hybrid smart watch, beautifully made, not too big, accurate, and full of health features. BUT the battery doesn't last more than a year before it starts not to hold the charge and what started off lasting a month on a single charge soon drops down to lasting a week. Withings Support tell me they don't have a repair centre so they can't replace the battery when it fails. And they've constructed the watch in such a way that it can't be opened without damaging the watch. What Withings have created is a great timepiece but the world's most expensive disposable watch - when the battery goes, you have to buy a new watch.
