I live in the Netherlands, and ordered a wrong sized top. I needed to make a return, but it was going to cost me an extra $50 euros since I live out of country. I emailed the boutique, and received a response within 24 hours. They offered to send me a free return label for the inconvenience. Unbelievably great customer service!!! So amazing. I will be ordering from them again.
