my order ended up taking over 5 weeks to arrive. I had to purchase alternate equipment for a trip in the meantime. But having said that, your staff was very good (lisa&co) and refunded the amount so I could repurchase for my trip. I do not hold the company responsible for mailing problems as it was despatched reasonably quickly. But it is very inconvenient when you nned the gear within a normal time frame. I'm basing my review on aftersales help that I received.
