The item i wanted was available online when i ordered it (click and collect). I tried ringing to expedite collection as i was going away but no one answers the phone, only get a message to email my request, then no one gets back to you. I went to the address as it was the day before i went hunting only to be told the item was out of stock. If i had known that i wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.
