Well honestly customer service is sub par. Takes days to get a response,says on page instock and isn't. Would live to buy more products considering I got myself a year vip membership but seriously needs some sharpening up and upfront honesty about product availability. If it is not in stock and going to take 3 to 4 weeks as a customer I want to know in advance as maybe able to get product elsewhere especially when needed asap
