I ordered more than one item and one of the products were not in stock. I received an email to let me know and I replied to please just replace the item with the same make just in a different colour or next closest product. This didn’t happen and I also wasn’t contacted to let me know. I then had to re-order the product which cost me a second postage fee which is expensive.
