Hemes... almost left my parcel in my (still to be collected) recycling box. Luckily my neighbour intervened. The cheaper brands... the dresses definitely felt 'cheap'... you get what you pay for I guess. The returns process could be easier. If you can't/don't want to print the label at home you can go to a PO with the QR code but the process to get the QR code is really clunky.
