I haven’t bought from Yumi before but would highly recommend the company. I ordered a dress which didn’t fit . I was hoping to wear it for a wedding during the Easter weekend and shipping worried me when looking at ordering another size. So I phoned the company and asked how the overnight delivery would work if I ordered them which was already after lunch. They told me to order, phone back with the number and they would ensure it got out for next day delivery … and it did! Sadly I didn’t end up wearing the dress - it was really beautiful and much nicer than I expected - but I felt it wasn’t quite right for the occasion. My friend wants to order it now though ! Anyway I mention this because the returns process was also very simple. I will be back for sure.
