The three dresses arrived promptly but in two batches. I had to send two back as they weren't what I wanted although I was tempted to keep another of them as it fitted so well. Return labels were available and very useful for returning the goods. I waited 10 or 11 days before hearing but a refund was then given. A smooth process. I was very happy with the dress that I have kept.
