Always been really satisfied with Yumi but my last order was not delivered by Hermes and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing I eventually got a partial replacement of my order (one item was out of stock by the time Yumi agreed to send a replacement order) I’m sure this is perhaps a one off and the fault of the courier but even so it reflects negatively on Yumi. That said, the quality of the products is good and very pleased with my order when it eventually arrived.
