Yumi dispatched my order promptly with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Unfortunately Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong sorting office and I didn’t get it for days. However I contacted Yumi to explain what had happened and they straight away refunded the extra postage I had paid for. They were very helpful.
