There was a mistake with my order; I received an incorrect dress. After, making a phone call to the customer support, everything was resolved. Rabi, communicated with me via email as well as was extremely helpful, polite and wonderful on the call. I am extremely pleased how efficient, uncomplicated and fast my experience was.
