After a successful purchase and return a number of years ago, I came back looking for a posh frock. I was very pleased with their plus size selections and I was able to find some very stylish clothes for reasonable prices. One item that I needed to return was refunded (less the £2.50 postage fee, which I thought was a fair price given it was my error).
