My first purchase from Yumi. I ordered several dresses to compare and found them all good quality and at a very reasonable price. I needed to return the dresses l didn't want but realised l had forgotten to enclose the despatch note. I was about to contact Yumi for help but didn't need to as a refund appeared in my bank. Someone had taken the trouble to trace my order without any paperwork! Exceptional customer service and lovely clothes.
