Was delighted with my purchase, bought a lovely dress that was true to size! Have taken a point off because I had ordered two dresses and heard nothing about the second, until I emailed customer services. Was informed the dress was out of stock, and I understand that numbers can differ, and promptly received a refund. My issue is that the dress was still available online two weeks later, so had no way of knowing if I should order again? Thankfully the lovely Margaret at customer services contacted IT who rectified the problem. Overall delighted with my first purchase from the company. Should say that I received a code for a ten percent discount on my next purchase for my inconvenience.
