I ordered a coat size 12 which was too big for me so I returned it 10 mins later filled in the form for an exchange for a size 10, I waited for a new arrival but instead a week later I got told I would be refunded in a couple of days, what's the point of giving you the option to exchange then refunding your money, Once I got my money back I re-ordered a size 10 but as I say should say you can just order an exchange when you can't.
