"The items I ordered were mainly as described and I was very happy with them. However one was described as a button up the front and when it arrived, it was a button detail, not actually opening buttons. Thankfully the return system is fairly easy, but it does not give you the option of choosing "" a not as described"". Also the fact that you are then charged £2:50 for returning it, was not a great option."
