I love Yumi especially there own brand clothing. I got a bit confused with my recent order as I ordered 3 dresses, one a Yumi own brand and two Mela London dresses and wanted to exchange for a size up in the Mela London dresses. The Mela London dresses however weren't exchanged but refunded which is fine but as I'd put a size up exchange on the returns form I just expected to receive two dresses in the requested sizes. I am not disappointed though because I have absolute no idea what sizing Mela London use but it's completely off. I am a little over 5ft9 and always been a size 8-10, a size 10 in Mela London did not even go over my head. I have never had problems with sizing before and was so disappointed as the Mela London dresses were gorgeous and I would have loved them to have fit but these are definitely not sized right. So happy with my Yumi woodland animal dress in a size 10, it is high quality, comfortable and stunning! Would recommend Yumi as a company and the Yumi brand clothing but not the Mela London range! Deducted a star as I would have liked the fact that I was being refunded and not exchanged to be communicated to me clearly otherwise no issues and will buy from again. Keep making your own range of stunning clothing!
