As we’ve transitioned to remote working, Microsoft Teams has been great on the business/project management side. However, we needed something better on the social/team building side. ZING is now our virtual place for socials, the games add some fun and provide a framework to spark conversation outside project work! I learnt loads about my team when we played 2T&AL, I found out my boss once played a football match at White Hart Lane!
