ordered 5 baby zipsters 3.5 weeks ago. The order went through fine and I received a package quickly, however the package did not content my order. I had received a "wrong" package. Received 5 different designs and 5 wrong sizes. After 2 weeks of correspondence, zipster sent me a free return label and agreed to ship the correct order once they received the "wrong" package. However, they had sold out of one of the designs I initially had chosen and therefore were asked to change my order. I have tracked the "wrong" package and it was received by zipster 6 days ago, however I have not received my new order myself and have not heard from them either. I paid for 5 baby zipsters, the money was withdrawn from my account 3 weeks ago, but I still don't know if my order is on its way All in all it's been almost 4 weeks since I first ordered, I hope my daughter can still fit the clothes when I get them. It is some beautiful design and nice quality, but I am not impressed by the shipping and the overall service.
