My order was never delivered. Apparently DHL uses USPS and for some reason the package was not delivered. I got no notice of that and, in fact, the tracking link showed that it had been delivered. Neverthless, Jaen in Customer Service did a great job of researching the facts and offering to cancel the order with a refund or re-shipping the item. I opted for re-shipping. Lets hope I get the second shipment! I didn't appreciate that I never got my original order but I did appreciate Customer Service working out a solution.
