I dealt with Lizelle and she went out of her way to help us. We were driving to Port Elizabeth and trying to book online. We kept losing signal and Lizelle kept phoning back and even e-mailed a few times when she could not get hold of me. A big thank you to her for all her help and thanks to South African Hotels.com for a great deal we got on our accommodation.
