Rates and initial service very good.
Time lapse between initial booking and further communication took too long (I was travelling elsewhere first and wanted all in order before I left, which exacerbated the impact of this). In the end I phoned the lodge to make sure of address and give visitor info like food allergies etc.
Would also have appreciated directions and lodge contact numbers as part of the confirmation.
Despite this I would use this South-African-Hotels.com again in future.
