I dealed with South African Hotels to reserve a safari in a game reserve in Mpumalanga. Firstly the prices have proved very good but more than everything I largely appreciated the service throughout the transaction. The information is complete and very clear in every stage of the process : submission, reservation, payment and confirmation. The exchanges by e-mail are fast and effective. The staff is thoughtful and very helpful.
