It's very rare these days to deal with a company which simply doesn't make mistakes. I've lost track of how many years we've used them to organise our South African holidays and there's never been a hitch. What's more the prices are consistently lower than the UK-based companies and their purchasing power locally is such that we always get a good room and often an upgrade. They're also very good at organising golf with green fees lower than generally advertised. Planning and booking a long vacation from the UK can be a complex matter but in just a few e-mails it's done - quickly, economically, and with NO mistakes. Keep it up !!
