the service in the start was good. all correspondence was on e-mail. everything was confirmed, since my family and I have never been to Sun City before, first experience ever. I questioned the breakfast on arrival, 18/12/2015 was confirmed on e-mail that we will be able to have breakfast when we arrive before 11am. we then went ahead and arranged to hire a vehicles to come through to Sun City to ensure that we arrive before 11am, which means leaving KZN at 2am with our kids, ages 4 & 9 and my parents ages 60, paying a deposit was required. 3weeks later I decided to call Sun City directly to confirm the breakfast and everything was in order, I was advised that breakfast was not included when we arrive. when complained to South African Hotels, Ryan Mackie was absolutely rude, had no respect whatsoever. he insinuated that we coming all the way fro FREE BREAKFAST, like we are cheap people. Said there's nothing he can do, was not even prepared to assist. now what kind of Management is this. making bookings on behalf of Sun City. I have reported this incident as this can cause a major decrease in bookings through South African Hotel especially if something like this goes viral.
