As far as my booking on http://www.south-african-hotels.com. goes everything went really smooth and it was a pleasure booking with them. If I could make a suggestion it would be great to get some feedback from the actual hotel you are making the booking with, things like what time we can check in, maybe confirm if we would like to make a reservation for lunch or dinner, checkout times etc.
