I find your new on-line booking system very confusing. After having used your hotels a number of times in the past. Before when I used to book all my information was already in your system and I emerly selected a room and made the booking and paid when I arrived.
I had requested details of credit card payments with Road Lodge P E Airport but received no response to my requests and had to get someone to go there to pay my deposit.
