The booking procedure was seamless. Best part was that I was charged only a part of total amount when I booked initially and the rest of the amount was charged just one month before the actual reservation date. The staff is super-responsive on mails or calls.
I still have to visit the hotel booked so I will review the hotel aspects after that but till now the experience has been great.
