good and pleasant service. Only remark would be that if you feel that what the customer wants ends up being above his budge then there should be more spontaneity in proposing similar but cheaper alternatives. This was done but only when I was actually able to speak to the company on the phone.
provided the booking went through and the lodge is paid for... Its a great assistance and I would recommend you to a friend.
