Good, efficient service. Only small issue was I phoned to inquire about the time it takes to get from the West airstrip in Madikwe to the Lodge (we took a charter flight), and was told 3.5 hours. This seemed strange and I asked a few other people - it took 30 mins. I asked the Lodge how long to go from the East airstrip, thinking that was the error, and was told 1.5 hours.
Message is, this is critical info for planning the trip, it has to be right!
