The payment is made without any transparency and the quote is not made with regards to customer messages :
- I discovered by surprised that the full cost of the stay was retrieved from my credit car, hence I received an invoice... while before I ve been asked only for a deposit of 15%
- I mentionned that we were 3 with a child, and the quote did not take into account. When I made the declaration of family, I ve been requested an extra charge.
All these practises show greater interest on money generation rather than customer care.
