Your people handled it very efficiently and I liked the assured credit card procedure. Indeed you had the card rejected because I had inserted the wrong date!
You courteously pointed out the problem and represented the card subsequently advising me and sending an invoice.
Your company name is excellent for it gives a feeling of national as opposed to an individual company.
