Our reservation at Casa do Sol was handled every efficiently, initially on line and then through communications via email. There were no problems with the payment of our deposit received, and we were given a reminder for the balance due at the appropriate time. There was only one reservation number given for the booking, and when I contacted the establishment (to confirm that one of the suites should be on ground level), they could not locate the booking due to the fact that there were two reservation numbers allocated to our booking. However, your reservations team quickly rectified the situation and gave us the second reservations number. We were very happy with the service provided by South African Hotels.
