This is the second time I am using South African Hotels. I have been very impressed by their service. I have only used them when booking Sun International properties and they are consistently well priced and everything is always in order for my booking.
My only feedback, technology allowing, would be to invest in creating a secure on-line payment environment, which would make the process even smoother. However, I am sure this is something that has already been considered on its merits.
