I am absolutely furious to put it a least . When your consultant called ,I specifically asked her if it was the main hotel and she confirmed it was. I reiterated my point and was happy to pay the amount cos it was like R800 cheaper than other sites. Only to find out it was the Lodge and not the Hotel when i got there. I paid R2230 whereas I could get the lodge for R1500 BUT I DID NOT WANT TO STAY THERE. I did stay there and would like to know who is going to reimburse me you can verify this with the Lodge Directly .I await your Urgent response !Not only was I misled , I was ripped off and overcharged as well .
